Local agent and amout of monitors
I have installed local Anturis agent on a deducted box (linux) which was working fine since I have added another website to monitor (via HTTP). All available monitors are working fine except that local one. Also I have another websites on same server where new site is set and those are working fine with a local agent monitors. Are there any limitations for local agent monitors? Also how Anturis monitor comes on an Apache logs?
Thanks

Why is this happening? The incident screen shows no current incidents in progress, yet I am still receiving the same SMS message repeatedly.

Double alerts - in problem and incident categories
In the past few months of using the alert system, we have been essentially receiving "double" alerts in problem and incident categories.
Finally grew tired of them and unlinked all our service layers so they are not related in the infrastructure module.
However it seems we still get incident alerts on top of problem alerts. How do we totally eliminate the incidents? thanks

local_disk reports garbage
I'm getting garbage local disk usage numbers from my reports - its currently says I have 564081493Gb free. Sadly as I don't work for Google my machine only has a couple of GB storage at max!
Any ideas? The servers are linux / ubuntu. Do I need to upgrade the monitor agent? - if so do you have instructions on how to do that?
