Details button doesnt work at Compontent page

Max Korzhanoff 12 years ago updated by Konstantin (Here to help) 12 years ago 0

Safari/MacOS (latest). Choosing service at component page and pressing Details does nothing. Have to double-click on it and then choose a Details tab.

Answer
Hi. Thanks for reporting. Should be fixed by now.

Too many false positivies

InteractMarketing 9 years ago updated by Simon 7 years ago 12
I have noticed that since July there are too many false positives mostly time outs on ping or http access when the sites are up and running (Anturis report - critical, time out but site is available through a pc or a mobile device).

Any idea what is going on with Anturis? It became less reliable.

Thanks

Monitors - Type grouping

steve leroux ntl 10 years ago updated by Ilya (Here to help) 10 years ago 1
Hi,
This is a feature request:

Feature request 1:  Remove "type" groupings in Monitors tab.

The left pane has both components and monitors tabs which is great. The Monitors tab groups the monitors by type, yet there is a type column.  This is duplicate information (redundant). It would be nice that it didn't group the type of monitors or at least have the option to disable that feature.
If the groupings by type would be disabled, it would allow sorting monitors by name or component without being broken up by type.
Example: We monitor the CPU, Mem, Process, Ping, and TCP of a single component. Because of the type groupings, these monitors are broken up even if I sort by component.

Feature request 2: Add Agent column in the Monitors tab.

It would be nice to have the option to see and sort monitors by agent.

Thanks.

publish dashboard using a widget, API or other means

BASTechnologies 10 years ago updated by Ilya (Here to help) 10 years ago 1
hi, is there a way that I can publish a dashboard to my own website please? Being able to do this would give me a one page view of multiple accounts and allow the client to access their dashboard alongside their account information on my website..

InteractMarketing 10 years ago updated by Ilya (Here to help) 10 years ago 3
This weekend we have got critical messages (monitors US-Michigan and US-Dallas) which were false. I have set 4 monitors and the critical messages should to come only all 4 will fail (round-robin policy)
Answer

Monitor will have error status if two locations(example, US-Dallas and US-Michigan) fails at the same time.
We will think about option to change status when all locations fails

Anturis dashboard inaccessible; some monitors simply cannot be reached?

gumbuya 10 years ago updated 10 years ago 8
This afternoon some of our Microsoft Azure cloud services had their virtual servers re-imaged. Which is fine, since everything is back to normal operations. However, Anturis HTTP monitors from various global locations (Berlin, Vancouver, California) cannot seem to sense their availability and still report them down. No matter how I reconfigure the monitors.

After some hours, the entire anturis.com dashboard came crashing to a error 502 and cannot be accessed now.
