Can I export the data or the chart for a monitor?
I would like to export the data and/or the chart for a monitor in CSV format, (or PNG, JPG, etc. for the chart) is this possible?
No longer able to list CPU monitors from agents
Usually, on attempting the first time in the Anturis dashboard, the list would show up empty, like the attached screen cap.
We'd have to close the div/window and try again before the list loads up the cpu monitors properly.
This time round, it seems no matter how many times we re-initiate the window, the list remains blank.
Alert notification not sync with the "minimum check failure" setting
Hi,
As per the topic description, I have set the "Minimum check failure" to 2 but I still received the notification alert(failure) although only fail once.
Please advise.
Cpanel plugin not blank
I installed recently the cPanel plugin and it shows up empty in WHM, any idea?

We no longer support whm/cpanel. Plugin will be removed from our web site soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
To remove plugin from your server please execute the following command:
/opt/anturis/uninstall-whm-plugin.sh
Daily and Weekly reports - dates
I enabled the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.
I've noticed that in the Daily and Weekly reports, the subject dates are not the same as the dates in the contents of the reports. They seem to be a day off.
Is that by design or an error?
Example: Daily report
Email Subject: Anturis: Daily up-time report for 10 Dec 2014
Email Content: Thu, 11 Dec 2014 (UTC)
Example: Weekly report
Email Subject: Anturis: Weekly up-time report for 30 Nov 2014 - 07 Dec 2014
Email Content: Mon, 01 Dec 2014 (UTC) - Sun, 07 Dec 2014 (UTC)

After last cPanel/WHM update Error: Permission denied at .....
since the last cPanel Update (WHM 11.52.0 (build 14)) i get the follow error which effected only the SMTP monitoring :

Support for SUSE linux
When I try to install the agent on SUSE linux using the command in the console I receive the following output:

This was reproduced twice. Is this is a known issue?
Integrate with web based alarm would be perfect.
Sound notification (Alarm System) would be the best. Sms and Email is good, but might not real time enough.
