Anturis website is not working when clicked on sign in. It is showing us 502 Bad Gateway

I havent been able to contact to anturus support or sales. Emails to them are bouncing back, tryed from different emails (O365 and google). They have billed us too much from credit card and would be nice to contect them to get refund.

Does anyone has better way of contacting them than sales@anturis.com or support@anturis.com

trying to install the agent but getting this error:

Is there an agent out there which can be used on armv7 architecture?

Currently on the agent download site, I see only x64 and i686 architecure.

I thought I could use anturis to monitor my raspberyy pi cluster.

The service works fine after initial install, but after reboot, the service is not running and I have no idea how to get it running other than to run the installer again. The current system I'm testing is Ubuntu 18.04 (Mate, if that matters)

If I add a new monitor for a website and only provide the URL it all works fine. If I later edit the monitor and change monitoring rules, the monitor only reports failure. What am I doing wrong?

Is is possible to set Anturis so that it sends reminder notifications (emails) for every 24 hour period that there has been a failure?

I am attempting to add a Windows 2008 R2 server to the component list but am receiving the "Build Schema Failed Due to Internal Error" message. I have tried a couple of different browsers and also tried restarting the agent. Can you please help me get this connected properly?
