Network congestion 28 Feb?
It's strange that our services in different parts of the globe can simultaneously become slow, and/or that all of Anturis' monitoring nodes (USA, Canada, Germany) face equal congestion. Throughout the night it somewhat reduced to sporadic incidents and quick subsequent recovery, but this behaviour has been popping out throughout the day even up to now.
Despite adjusting the response times and failure count levels to make it more tolerant, the underlying network seems to "adjust" itself accordingly, going beyond those levels and continuing to raise alerts to us.
Is there some real underlying network congestion happening between the monitoring nodes during this period?

Automated up-time reports - sent before end of the period
We noticed we receive the daily/weekly/monthly reports before the end of the period.
This may result in an inaccurate reports if there are any incidents between the time the report is sent and the end of the period. It appears to be a timezone issue in the automated reporting process.
Please let me know if there's anything I should do.

How long does Anturis store my data
How much history will Anturis store? Can I go back one year? Two years? Six months?

What is monitor health?
I'm confused if this is a reflection of downtime or something else. Can you please shed some light?

Dashboard graph in reports
Hi,
Today, a report only contains calculated percentages for a givven timeframe.
I think reports would be more informational if they can also contain a dashboard-style graph (per monitor) for the same givven period (both in the web-page and subscription e-mail).
This could possibly be done with a 'include graph' checkbox that is unchecked by default (opt-in principle), in order to limit the impact on all existing reporting.
