Automated up-time reports - sent before end of the period
Hi Support,
We noticed we receive the daily/weekly/monthly reports before the end of the period.
This may result in an inaccurate reports if there are any incidents between the time the report is sent and the end of the period. It appears to be a timezone issue in the automated reporting process.
Please let me know if there's anything I should do.
Thanks.
Examples:
Daily report: "Tue, 24 Mar 2015 (UTC)"
Email Received:Tue 3/24/2015 8:29 PM EST. (3 hours 31 minutes too early)
Weekly report: "Mon, 16 Mar 2015 (UTC) - Sun, 22 Mar 2015"
Email Received:Tue 3/22/2015 8:29 PM EST. (3 hours 31 minutes too early)
Monthly report: "Sun, 01 Feb 2015 (UTC) - Sat, 28 Feb 2015"
Email Received:Tue 2/28/2015 7:29 PM EST. (4 hours 31 minutes too early)

We generate all reports as of 11:59 PM UTC time zone and we will send it in one hour. Because of diffrent timezone UTC vs EST you received reports in that time, as 8:29PM EST is 12:28AM UTC.
