I have installed the agent, but I am trying to add an additional monitor for Mysql. The mysql server is installed on the same server as the agent. It will not work, and it says something about the agent software version not supporting this. Is this supported on Windows but not Linux?
reports on "current" period
Hi,
In the reports web-page, you can only see reports for periods that are completely terminated.
e.g. today, January 13 I can see daily reports up until january 12, weekly reports until last week (jan 4 - 10) and monthly reports until december last year.
I think it would be interesting to be able to see reports for the 'current' (not yet finished) period like this: today January 13 I can see a daily report as of january 13 00:00, a weekly report as of jan/11 00:00, a monthly report as of jan/1 00:00 ... all of them up until the last run of the scenarios.
This kind of reporting is more or less covered by the Dashboard page but this page is a graph and does not contain a calculated percentage.
Subscription to reports should of course remain to 'completed' (past) periods.
Incorrect value of the SNMP data
I'm using OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.3 [Avg CPU Load 15 mins].
When I do snmpwalk -v 2c -c public [IP] .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.3 I receive a value:
iso.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.3 = STRING: "0.05", but in the Anturis this value equals "0" at the first check and "0.00" in the history table.
How can I fix this?

Using Variables in POST Body
I am able to capture / create a Variable, however when using the ${VariableName:none} syntax, it doesn't appear to post the variable.
Is this a bug, am I doing something wrong, or is this not supported functionality.
If this is not supported, have you any suggestions on how to maintain View State?

Непонятна формула подсчета доступности компонентов.
Доступность компонента 76,8%. Однако, для включенных мониторов (именно включенных) доступность не опускается ниже 81%.

Agent Install - Error 2894
I am trying to install the Anturis agent on my Windows 2012 Server, I am logged in as local admin and have also tried domain admin.
The error message I am receiving during install is;
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2894."
Can you please help ?
