Непонятна формула подсчета доступности компонентов.
Доступность компонента 76,8%. Однако, для включенных мониторов (именно включенных) доступность не опускается ниже 81%.

That' because one Monitor may be in ERROR while another one is OK. At the same time Component's Status is the worst Status of its Monitors, so essntially Component's downtime is superposition of its Monitors' downtimes.
So, if there was 3 downtimes for 10% of each monitor, monitor will have 90% each, but the Component may be 70-90%, depends of time, I see. Let's add to wiki =)
Are the disabled monitors also in this Component statistic if they have any information (were enabled and have information about 2 hours of it work)? Влияет ли статистика от отключенных мониторов на отчет по доступности Компонета, если монитор включали на час-два и какая-то информация о доступности была собрана?
Suspended/disabled Monitors do not affect Component's Status. And the Component's report is calculated from its own Status.
Thus, no, suspended/disabled Monitors do not affect Component's statistics.
