and I can't change the dates.

Unable to load agent on CloudLinux server.

Using the command found in Install server agents to your server. I am unable to load agent. I have also tried via the WHM plugin same error occures.

Make API call to status page as notification

Hi,

We would like to automate our incident reports and would love if anturis could make an API call to our status page (status.io/statuspage.io/cachet/other) to change the state of the monitored service for users to easily access. Is there any way to do this?

Transaction monitor false timeout error

I have a transaction monitor that fails occasionally when my web page exceeds the timeout threshold. Sometimes it takes the screen longer to complete it's query and build that other times. How can I adjust the timeout value upwards to reduce or eliminate the false positive alerts due to the default timeout value?

After I have installed server agent on Windows XP suddenly a new administrator account _Anturis_Agent_was created. If I remove it can I still use the monitoring agent or it stop monitoring???

After I have installed server agent on Windows XP suddenly a new administrator account _Anturis_Agent_was created. If I remove it, can I still use the monitoring agent or it stops monitoring???    
-Seems that the service  stopped after I have removed _Anturis_Agent_ account.


However after I went to computer management service console I discovered that the Anturis Monitoring Agent service is stopped and cann not be started because itt wants to login to the _Anturis_Agent account which was deleted by me!


I fixed it by setup it to login to Local System account instead to _Anturis_Agent account. IT WORKS PERFECTLY 

Howecver I am not clear if is better also to check the option "Allow service to interact with desktop"


Also I do not know if that is the best solution?

Recorder does not allow button click in custom .net application

I was using the recorder to login and search in a custom web application.  When I attempted to perform the search the screen was not displaying the elements in the correct location and I could not fire the button click event when clicking on the search button.

Order in reports

Monitors in Reports are sorted by ID.

But best is to use alphabetic one or custom ordering inside each component, and custom 2ndlevel ordering for components itself.

Active Directory Monitors show all zero

All my new installed Active Monitoring values shows zero. Do I have to activate some other things in windows to use this Monitors? In the resource monitor I can see that the lsass.exe process uses permanently 10%.

Application transaction not working properly ...

If i say match STATUS code 200 its tool returning 302 for the same URL and if I say match 302 then its returning 200 ... I don't know what is the issue ... I am trying to simulate one simple transaction but its failing always..

see if you can help .. try to find fune the ATEB transaction upoload to my account
