I have deleted a full page monitor test for www.alwin.photography/black-and-white-photography

However, the test is still running! I can see in my webstats that Anturis is performing the full page monitor task still every 10 minutes.

How is that possible, and hot to stop this?

I am trying to set up a MySQL monitor and am running into an error 1600. I logged into MySQL locally through the server and ran a SHOW STATUS just to make sure it is working and it is. Is there any other permissions the MySQL user needs?

Hi there,

We have taken a free trial of Anturis as it fits exactly what we are looking for from a monitoring solution. We have a mixture of Linux and Windows machines, the Linux machines run the auto install command on boot no problem however there does not seem to be an auto or silent install option for Windows Server.

We setup base Amazon Machine Images for the Windows machines that we need, so I installed the Windows agent on the base image in the hope that it would spin up and I could just add the monitor for the new machine in the Anturis Infrastructure UI.

However in the list of available servers the latest machine seems to replace the previous one? The issue is the agent_uuid not being unique as it takes this from the first install on the original base image. 

I have managed to add additional machines by running agent-config.exe --set and specifying the parameters after this with the agent_uuid incremented instead of uninstalling and re-installing on each machine. 

As we scale up and down often do you have any solutions to this preferably as little manual setup as possible, any auto install scripts or advice on a batch file / powershell script to run on boot to set the parameters to be unique?

The documentation does not explain what installer parameters to use that a Windows Anturis agent can be completely installed and configured to connect with a one-line execution.

I occaisionally (once or twice a fortnight) get an error 500, cannot connect to the agent. The monitors I have need 2 valid responses to clear the error state so the incident will show at least 2 minute outage if this event occurs. Is there a setting that I can use to ignore brief agent connectivity issues to avoid alerting on intermitent error 500's?

Need some help setting up reports. When I go tot he Reports tab, it's blank.

I want to test my api, by checking the endpoints. Some of the endpoints require get parameters. The url is around 500 characters long. Anturis cuts it down, and so errors are reported. Get param limit in browser is at least 2000 characters - chrome, ff goes up to 4K, so 500 char long uri is not an extremely long one. Could you please fix this?

I was going back into history by hours.  When I clicked the right arrow to move forward the chart reloaded, but the time did not move nor did the chart data.  On latest version of Chrome on a MacBook Pro.
