How to delete an infrastructure

Can't seem to delete a TEST infrastructure I created. I select the Infrasture, "AH.TEST" and select Delete. It asks for confirmation of deletion. And after i select "Delete", it responds with Server Error. Any idea how to delete it? I removed all components in it.

Where can I find help on fixing these MySQL Errors?

I'm getting reports from my Mysql agent of some errors. When I click on details, I can see what the errors are.. However, I don't know how to go about fixing them.

Is there any documentation to point me to? any other help? Perhaps there is something in the Anturis dashboard that would recommend things I can do to fix?

Here is an example of the errors Anturis is telling me

  • Heavy join rate value 13.4377038487 % should be less than 10.0 %
  • On-disk temporary table rate value 20.987654321 % should be less than 20.0 %
  • On-disk temporary table rate value 20.987654321 % should be less than 10.0 %
  • Query cache miss rate value 100.0 % should be less than 20.0 %
  • Query cache miss rate value 100.0 % should be less than 10.0 %
  • Thread cache miss rate value 100.0 % should be less than 20.0 %
  • Thread cache miss rate value 100.0 % should be less than 10.0 %
  • Innodb buffer pool usage value 99.8046875 % should be less than 90.0 %
  • Innodb buffer pool usage value 99.8046875 % should be less than 80.0 %

Hello,


I keep getting this signal from my mysql monitor : "Threshold check on (server). Heavy join rate value 110.0 % should be less than 20.0 % . Expression is 1.67". I don't find much info on the internet about it. Can you help me understand what it means and what should I do to address it?

Response times in Anturis different than other tools?

I have a question about the response times show in the charts for website HTTP monitoring:

I am using Anturis, Wormly and NewRelic (testing before choosing which one to use). In one website I build with WordPress (www.alwin.photography) I included the plugin W3TotalCache to speed up the website.

Now, since the exact moment I have activated the plugin the response times of my websites drops downs impressively in Wormly and in NewRelic. The average response times dropped from about 800 ms to 150 ms. In other words, I could clearly see the benefit of the W3TC plugin in 2 monitoring tools.

But activating the W3TC plugin did not show any improvement on response time in the Anturis Chart. The average response time did not drop at all.

So my question: how is it possible that I can see the faster response times in 2 other monitoring tools but not in Anturis?

Content Check Failed - Status 200

I'm new to Anturis and I want to make sure I fully understand and learn from server issues I know monitor. Today at the exact same time (20:48 to be exact) all my sites reported a Status 200 "Content Check Failed" I got a ton of emails, 2 from each site, a "STARTED" email and then immediately a "ENDED" email. By the time I opened each site, they were running normal and the server seems normal as well. How/Why would this be caused? How can I truly find out the cause of this? Thanks! Here's one of the emails:

Installation - Failed to add user to group - AnturisAgent Administrators

On Windows 2008 R2 Server German - I cannot install the new Anturis Agent. I get the Message "Failed to add user to group. (-2147022676 AnturisAgent Administrators).

Is this a language problem? Is there a workaround?

Free space monitoring for Virtuozzo filesystem

Hello, trying to add a mount point to monitor the space, but there's an empty drop down. Even if I manually enter a mount point, it does not work.


Some help would be appreciated.

This is a request.
Under Component - General tab, the category has 6 options: Server, Desktop, Database, Firewall, Printer, Appliction.
I'd like to have the option to select Network, Router, and Switch with the appropriate icon.
Category: Network       Icon: Cloud
Category: Router         Icon: Router
Category: Switch         Icon: Switch
This would make the Infrastructure map make more sense.

#1 When trying to add monitor, server name is not shown in the server list area.
#2 When trying to connect from WHM via the Anturis console option this error pops up.
