Agent Manager won't connect
Hi,
I've just installed Anturis Agent Manager on a Windows server however when I enter my account name and password and click connect the agent doesn't connect. I don't get an error message. The status just changes quickly from "Connecting to server" and then back to "Not connected to server".
I've checked my firewall logs and can't see that my firewall is blocking the connection.
Can anyone help please?

Invalid viewstate
Hello,
I have setup and configured Web transaction monitoring which has been working well, however, when a new session is required (for example do not monitor for a while), the monitors fail as sessionstate is no longer valid.
Reviewing the logs, an "Invalid viewstate." error is been raised.
Looking at the details of the transaction recorder includes "&__VIEWSTATE=xxxxxx" into the post of the page. This is recorded from the initial user recording, and does not get changed. I have been trying to use variables try capture the previous pages VIEWSTATE, in an attempt to make the viewstate value change with each monitoring session. Unfortunately I have not been able to get the working thus far.
Viewstate / sessions are pretty common place, so I am asumming their is an easy way to achive this.
Please advise.

1. How does Anturis monitoring impact Google analytics and similar analytics solutions that track page views?
2. Does HTTP monitor load javascript and trigger Goggle analytics code?
3. Does Full page load monitor load javascript and trigger Goggle analytics code?
4. Do Web transactions trigger Google analytics code?
5. Are your tracking servers on fixed IP? If they are, they could be added to Google analytics exclude list.

No more Anturis notifications
I have got that message: "Hello, you used up all your notification credits and now we are not able to send you SMS or call you should any problem happen with your infrastructure"
When I have set only SMS/call for few tests (I think it was 4 or 5 test runs) and then disabled and now it looks like have used all limits not using those options.
http monitoring
I enable the anturis monitoring from plesk, but it seems that http, smtp, pop, imap services check are not working. Is there some specific tags to add for plesk servers ?

Using special charaters in monitor names
When creating th monitor name, is saves it ok, but after modifying it we got & < characters instead of " ' < >
Out of Notification Credits
Linux Disk Usage Showing 0 when it is over 80%
Using a linux agent on Ubuntu (3.13.0-61-generic) x86_64. The disk usage on / is currently 84% but disk usage is showing 0%. The volume has 1.2 GB available and is fairly static. But free space only shows 1 GB and wants alerts in GB (not MB). I can not set a useful alert on this volume
