notification not working

Hi Support,

I had an incident today and I didn't get the SMS or Email notification.

Is notifications broken?

correction. Email is working but SMS did not.

As I see SMS was sent to your phone number. And our SMS gateway provider marked it as delivered. Could you please confirm that you didn't receive it yet.
