I'm migrating servers to the new datacenter
Hello,
I'm migrating servers to the new datacenter from old datacenter, and trying to minimize effort on configuring monitorings.
In new datacenter all servers will have new IP addresses, however they all have same disk names, and same software installed, all the same, therefore monitorings on them should be the same.
One idea is to:
1. Install anturis agents on new servers
2. Name them the same way as they were named while being installed on old servers.
3. Stop/shut dowsn anturis agents installed on servers located in old datacenter.
Will Anturis seamlessly continue working with new anturis agents installed on new servers?

Anturis Monitoring Agent stops every time server reboots
I've installed the agent on a few Windows 2012 R2 Servers - and even after a fresh install, every time one of these servers reboots, the agent service is stopped upon starting up again. If I try to start the agent service manually, I get an "Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure." I haven't made any changes to the Anturis Agent since installing. Re-installing the agent seems to fix it and start the service again, until the next reboot.

I was receiving monthly reports in the past, however the past 2 months I haven't received them. When I try and run the report online it says I have to wait 24 hours for report to appear.
Having problems receiving Monthly reports.

Cisco
Hello ,
how do I connect Cisco equipment to Anturis?
For example - Cisco switches & firewall(ASA5505)

Hi Mihin,
According to this guide it is possible to monitor SNMP devices without installing a private agent on them: http://community.anturis.com/forums/4-knowledge-base/topics/702-printers/
However you need a private agent in your network to monitor your Cisco devices.

After enabling iptables firewall, server can't connect to anturis
Hello,
I configured some anturis components and everything was ok until I enabled iptables.
I've search in this forum about this issue but found nothing. As far
I've read, anturis use any open port so the only thing to do is enabling
input/output access through anturis IP, that's why I added this 2 lines in my iptables config, but it still cant connect.
-A INPUT -p tcp -s 67.225.148.163 -j ACCEPT
-A OUTPUT -p tcp -d 67.225.148.163 -j ACCEPT
Any idea of what's going on?
Thanks so much!

Export (or even manually copy) data tables?
Is there any way to grab the metric data for analysis in Excel. I can't seem to even be able to copy/paste the data in the table.
