How can we change the pay mode and the email only for the invoice?
Anturis does not send E-mails while it should
Hi,
I'm using the trial version of Anturis and I created some monitors which are definitely triggered but Anturis does not send any emails.
I've tried re-creating the monitors or create different ones , aswell as creating multiple accounts to send notifications to but it doesn't seem to work.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks in advance!

Anturis shows anturis-agent-service as down
Good Day,
On the Anturis web dashboard the Linux service monitoring shows the anturis-agent-service as being down. However, the "Agents & Locations" section of Anturis show the anturis agent as running and connected. Also running the command "service anturis-agent-service status shows the service as running.
Can you assist in resolving this issue?
Thanks,
Amir Mohammed
Hello,
By the moment, our service can not monitor "itself", so that is why it is shown as offline on console. Even though, the service should work fine and monitor the needed environment.
Error 2000 cannot execute PhantomJS.
Good Day,
I created a new full page monitor for my website which uses the local monitoring agent, and 2 monitoring locations, which are US-Dallas and JP-Tokoyo. Successful responses are received from the US-Dallas, and JP-Tokoyo locations, but the local monitoring agent returns an error 2000: Cannot Execute phantomJS.
Based on my checks the local agent is running correctly, as evident from the connection on the anturis agents and locations page, and from the log file /opt/anturis/log/agent-service.log which show Info and Warning messages.
Can you tell me what the Error 2000 Cannot Execute PhantoJS means and provide some recommendations to resolve it?
Thanks
Amir Mohammed
Hello,
For such type of monitor you can only use the Linux agent. I'm also attaching the instruction to set it up:
Disclaimer: the following guide is for test purposes only. In case it does not work, we can not investigate such issues.
1. Install Fontconfig (the package fontconfig or libfontconfig, depending on the distribution) on server with private agent
2. Download PhantomJS http://phantomjs.org/download.html on server with private agent
3. Extract phantomjs binary and copy it to system PATH
After this steps full page monitor will work from private agent.
Hello,
Do you mean if any of your service is down for some reason? In this case you should obtain the appropriate plan from our page: https://anturis.com/pricing/

How many components can you have per infrastructure?
Hi guys,
I have a question about how many components you can have per infrastructure,
For example with the free plan you can have up to 5 monitors and each monitor is considered a infrastructure, so how many components can you create per monitor (infrastructure) ?
Hi!
- A component is just a box for monitors. It can be an empty box, so you can create an unlimited number of components within a free plan.
- An infrastructure is a collection of components.
- You can add a monitor to a single component only.
I suggest you to take a look at this overview of basic concepts:

Hope this helped.
