Anturis does not send E-mails while it should

Hi,


I'm using the trial version of Anturis and I created some monitors which are definitely triggered but Anturis does not send any emails.


I've tried re-creating the monitors or create different ones , aswell as creating multiple accounts to send notifications to but it doesn't seem to work.


Can anyone help me with this?

Could you please provide the full account name (login) used by you to access the panel? As well as the name of the monitors used.

Hello Daniel,


the full account name is : OPEN.hosting and the used monitors are all of the monitors on the infrastructure : Docker .
