Dashboard customization?

softshape 7 years ago updated by Alexander Artamonov (Here to help) 7 years ago 1

I have 23" FullHD display, but still I can see only two graphs in the dashboard. Is there any way to make them more compact?

Answer

Hi!

Unfortunately there is no way to do this at the moment. Some Dashboard customisation is planned for the upcoming updates.

Disconnected agent email

busdanturis 7 years ago updated by Alexander Artamonov (Here to help) 7 years ago 1

Does Anturis send me an email when an agent becomes "Disconnected"? For example, I have 5 Windows servers as components in my site. I only want to be notified when one or more of these servers' agents is not able to contact Anturis (basically, I want to know if they lose internet access or are offline). I don't want to add monitors to them (like PING or HTTP) that would monitor connectivity to a website or server on the internet, because then I get emails about the PING or HTTP times being too long for example. I only want to know if they are simply connected to the internet. I have another internal monitoring solution that I use but won't work if we lose internet - I want Anturis to be able to tell me that we've lost internet.

Linux agent reports wrong free RAM metric

Vitaly Karasik 7 years ago updated by Alexander Artamonov (Here to help) 7 years ago 6

I'm running the latest  Anturis agent (installed a few months ago) on Debian 8 server.

Even "free" utility reports about 3GB free RAM:

free -g
total       used       free     shared    buffers     cached
Mem:             7          4          3          0          0          1

Anturis RAM graph  many times reports some random values - see attached screenshot.

Thank you,

Vitaly

Where is the logout button?

swexpert 7 years ago updated by Alexander Artamonov (Here to help) 7 years ago 2

Well, I just created an account in order to test the service. But cannot see any logout button. Call me those fanatic ones who don't like to leave sessions open but I would like to explicitly logout from the interface/service. Sorry if it's there but I can't see. Just started exploring about 20 minutes ago.

I have seen issues with non-logout sites in the past, so sugges you to place a logout button in case it is not there. Otherwise, I apologize for being blind.

Thanks

Inderjeet

Email Notifications

Is there any way to make it so that we only get notified if a website is unstable for a prolonged amount of time (longer than 4 minutes), rather than every minute it goes above the threshold? Thank you!
