General Plugin Failure Error Code 8
I am having an ongoing issue with several of my installations that are monitoring windows services. Everything will be running fine and then I will get the notification that Windows Services Monitoring is no longer working due to a general plugin failure. I have tried to reinstall with the latest MSI but the problem just comes back up. Tells me to look into the error logs but there is no useful information there. This is disconcerting seeing as this was one of the major sells for me.

I am suddenly having the same issue, and can't seem to cause the error to go away. Only for monitoring of services, and only on one of the three machines I'm monitoring. Has there been any activity on finding a solution for this?

I had same symptom. Drove me crazy all day. Uninstalled the agent manager and reinstalled and it started working.
