Upgrading Linux agents?

What is the best method to upgrade an agent?  I have a few older agents running 2.1.0.6XXX and I see that new agent installations are getting 2.1.7020.

Hi Jacob,
There is upgrade button in front of each outdated agent in Agents&Locations tab.
