how to monitor java heapsize for particular applications?

I want to monitor my java application's heap size. Sometime its getting overloaded. So, i want to monitor java heap size for separately for each application running in same server. My mail id - naveen100107604064@gmail.com

Unfortunately it's not possible to monitor java heap size for applications separately.


You can monitor heap as a whole this way though: http://community.anturis.com/topics/711-jvm/
