ESXi 5 Virtual Windows Server 2008r2 Server - Services list only provide stopped or running status and no other information.

I have tried re-installing the agent, re-adding the server and rebuilding the components but the services are listed as either running or stopped without the actual service name so the services cannot be identified. All other servers and services on the network are performing properly.
