Last evaluation notes.

Hello , we have been evaluating your cloud monitoring solution , and it's quite nice and simple for little environments , we would like to finally decide if we will recomend it for our future customers please answer the following questions :

Is "simple and effective", very good option for end users with not too much knowledge , and low-skill , network operators.

1.- The emails provided by the service are not self explanatory about the incident , how this could be improoved ?

Example :
New Critical Problem with some_node (new Status: Error started at 00:10 CET on Tuesday, December 17 with woiptcs.
  • Monitor tcp@somehost.com: Connectivity error on NL-Amsterdam. Error 1400: TCP connection timeout
    [The target host or service is down or unreachable. Check if the target host is up and reachable, and the target service is up and responds on the specified port.]
    Connectivity error on DE-Berlin. Error 1400: TCP connection timeout
    [The target host or service is down or unreachable. Check if the target host is up and reachable, and the target service is up and responds on the specified port.]
    Connectivity error on US-Dallas. Error 1400: TCP connection timeout
    [The target host or service is down or unreachable. Check if the target host is up and reachable, and the target service is up and responds on the specified port.]
    Connectivity error on RU-Moscow. Error 1400: TCP connection timeout
    [The target host or service is down or unreachable. Check if the target host is up and reachable, and the target service is up and responds on the specified port.]
    Connectivity error on CA-Vancouver. Error 1400: TCP connection timeout

How the received could know , that the TCP Test is on port 22 ???

2.- It's posible to translate the interface and the alerts in to other languajes ? f.e. Spanish , French, German , Italian .

3.- Once we solve this two issues , can we extend the evaluation , process to our customers?

1. We definitely can and will improve the emails according to the feedback of our users - in particular to make them more self-explanatory. And your opinion here is very important. 

Regarding this particular TCP check, I may assume that the emails are delivered to the one who configured the monitor. So this person is likely to remember what kind of monitor he created. To facilitate the matter even more, one may consider changing the monitor name to smth like "tcp-p22@somehost.com". 

We may as well set up a skype call to deeper discuss this and other topics.

2. Translation to other languages is possible. 

3. We will need to discuss what exactly you mean here. Btw, If you need it, I can extend the trial for your account for another month.
