Recorder says browser not supported.

Trying to navigate to the following website in the recorder: http://tap2ride.com/mam/default/dialog/DefaultDialogLogin.asp - it tells me that the browser is not supported? Can you help?

User agent of our Transaction Recorder is Mozilla/5.0 (Anturis Agent)  You can add it exclude list on your server
