Incidents report

Would it be possible to add a feature to email a table format of daily/weekly/monthly incidents.
This would be very helpful.

Format: Example:
Date                Monitor            Status
25 Dec 13:11    Server1:ping     Error
25 Dec 13:16    Server1:ping     Success
