Hello

I try to install the Anturis Agent to a Windows 2008 R2 Std engl. It's a DC. The "Anturis Monitoring Service" could not be started during the installation. So, the installation has to be canceled.

The log file shows the following:

Hi Fredy,

Sorry for the delay.

Please do the following:

1. Uninstall Anturis Agent

2. Check that there is no any *Anturis* users exists and also there is no Anturis Monitoring Service. If something exist delete it manually.

3. Try to install agent with the following command:

msiexec /i anturis-agent.msi /lv log.txt

4. If fails again send us log.txt

Hello

This is a second DC. On the first DC the Anturis Agent is already installed. So there is already an Anturis-User in the AD.

Here is the new log file: http://pastebin.com/kYtTgru6
