Email change problem

I tried changing my primary email address from my company one to a personal one so I can get ping updates even if the internet is completely down at my site. When I do the change email process and click on the link in the email I am sent, I get:

Now I don't receive emails from the old or new address. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I reproduced the problem, That's a redirect issue on our website, so the email was changed all right.

But the primary account email address is used for account-related notifications. In order for you to change the address for problem/incident notifications you need to either create a new Person with the new e-mail address or change e-mail address for the default 'Administrator' Person to the new email address.
For both you need to got to 'persons&Groups' tab.
