How to change the "Account name"?

We need to change my "Account name", but I don't see that being possible from the console.

Although I managed to change to a new username from the "community" common settings, when I log out and log in again to my Anturis account the username revert to my old username.

unfortunately we do not have this feature for users with free plan.
