Build Schema Failed Due to Internal Error when adding component.

I've installed the Agent successfully on five servers. The last two give me the above error when I add them as a component. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the agents... The first three servers worked fine.

Is this still a viable product? I mean we want to pay for this but I haven't had much luck. Like how it worked for the first three servers but if I'm having this much trouble early on and unable to get support (which I'll pay for even to get the trial servers running to show to the board) then maybe this is abandoned or something?
