Able to add a delay/think time for each step in transaction based monitor.

I prefer that able to set before it proceed to the next step.

eg:

step 1 after complete step one , delay 2 sec.

then step 2

This would replicate the actual browsing behavior.

Additionally, it would avoid some security device to block it as malicious request. (eg: rate-limit)
